Headlands Hotel -- monstrosity or icon?

 

 Greens MP David Shoebridge says the new Headlands Hotel is a 'monstrosity' and testament to a bad planning system.
The manager, Andrew Biggs, says the place is so popular, there are days when the hotel simply can't cope.
